IRS Scandal Is A Fiction

So basically, because this group, True The Vote, was granted TE status, they have no basis for their lawsuit. The same would be true for any group granted TE status. Their only bitch is the amount of time it took to gain TE status, which is a moot point. No damages to the plaintiffs, in other words, no harm, no foul.

To call the “IRS scandal” a fiction, imo, is a bit strong of wording. The court failed to address whether or not injury had been caused – it basically side-stepped the issue and denied the parties any legal recourse.

You’re right, this court blew it off, basically saying “Hey you got what you wanted, it just took awhile. Now run along and be a good little boy.” I kinda sorta wanted to rub some salt into the conservative wounds with this. They contend the election was stolen by using the IRS. That’s not news to you, of course, but some will forever believe the administration directed the IRS to delay, if not derail, the TE status of the TP organizations. I doubt that was the case. Anyhow, this non-decision illustrates just how futile their claims are.
