The Cowardice Of Donald Trump

I've known this all along. Most of America has known this all along. Trump just did this with the Mexican President. He'll probably call Hillary Clinton "Crooked Hillary" during the debates, but that's only because he doesn't think he'll get her vote.

.

"He’s built his reputation on straight talk—but when the Republican candidate sits down with the groups he vilifies, he exhibits a striking change."

.

"No presidential candidate has used this conceit more effectively than Donald Trump. His supporters love his willingness to say things about Mexicans, Muslims, and African Americans that ordinary politicians won’t say for fear of being called a bigot.

But over the last couple of weeks, Trump has illustrated something important about the anti-politically correct. They’re most comfortable confronting PC orthodoxy when the people they’re confronting aren’t around. Once they actually encounter African Americans, Latinos, and other minority groups, they become a lot less brave."

.

"Then, last week, Trump flew to Mexico City to meet President Enrique Peña Nieto. Did he repeat the pledge that brings white crowds to their feet: That Mexico will pay for a wall along the two countries’ border? Nope. Beforehand, the two sides agreed not to discuss the subject. When Peña Nieto brought it up anyway, and announced that Mexico would never foot the bill, did Trump set him straight? Nope. Rudy Giuliani, who was attending the meeting on Trump’s behalf, reportedly declared the topic “off the table” and The Donald moved on to less controversial subjects."

.

"But once Trump left Mexico and addressed an overwhelmingly white, anti-immigrant crowd that evening in Arizona, the Post noted, he ditched his “subdued and cooperative tone” and “returned to the aggressive tenor that has defined much of his campaign. Repeatedly raising his voice to a yell, he said that ‘anyone who has entered the United States illegally is subject to deportation.’”

unlike Hilary would have done and even Obama, Trump did look like a leader and presidential. No need to get angry and nasty in Mexico, for all practical purposes, the Mex. leader is a third world leader wanting a handout from the US. At least Trump didn’t have his pinnocchio nose up the Mexicans ass like Hillary and Obama would have. Illegals are criminals any way you look at it, they will continue to be so, deport them, their kids they had here intentionally thinking that will keep them here and don’t let them come back. They made a mess of their country, allowed the drug kings to take over, like some here want to do with making drugs legal, and they do nothing to fix the problems in their country but come here and try to do the same. The mex.gov’t willingly allows and supports this, yeah they should pay for the wall. PERIOD!

“Lying Ted, Little Marco, Crooked Hillary, offering to pay legal fees for somebody who punches a protester. Those are things that are said by a man wanting to look like a leader and presidential. Obviously, you didn’t read the article. There are more examples of tough talk, which became talk that sounded like kissing up to them when he met them face-to-face.

We’re not talking about what the Mexicans did or didn’t do to their country. We’re not talking about what Obama or Clinton would have done. We’re talking about Trump being a coward when meeting with people he previously bad-mouthed and threatened and then talking like a tough guy afterward. Besides, there won’t be a wall for anybody to pay for, no matter who’s elected.

There’s nothing wrong with a candidate not revealing the details of his agenda, especially with a foreigner who is likely to use anything he said to distort the discussion in the news. "‘anyone who has entered the United States illegally is subject to deportation.’” ………. that SOB!

It’s not just Mexican president, it’s everybody. He trash talks various groups until he’s in their presence. Then he tells them he’s their best friend. Afterwards, he’s trash talking them again. As if they won’t hear about it.

That’s called courtesy. Do you go to someones home and trash talk them?

Where I’m from, if you badmouth somebody behind their back, but you’re all buddy-buddy to their face, it’s cowardice. If I had a dispute with neighbors, I probably wouldn’t go over and have dinner with them.

Like I said, he doesn’t expect to get her vote. He doesn’t have to pretend to like her, like he did when he wanted some political favors while she was a Senator.

He trash talks everybody. Did I say he didn’t trash talk Hillary Clinton?

Which is what I said he would do.

This is where you take things literally, only when it suits you. Other times, especially when someone takes things you say literally, you then tell us you meant something else. Go crawl back under your rock.
